How To Treat Coughing Up Blood And Migraines While Having Scaring In Lungs?

Hi, my husband has been coughing up blood for a while. He got a chest x ray and has scaring in his lungs. Our general doctor gave him so perception which worked for a couple weeks but he is coughing up blood again. He also get severe migraines behind his eye. What should I do?
