Okay I was bleeding for about a year and. Now I have just stopped I've had cramping in left abdominal constipation sharp breast pain sleepless nights achne back pain and vomiting nausia and dizziness a pain under my bra strap in the Centre what's wrong with me?

Al such variety of symptoms make me doubtful of purely Somatic problem, there can be a tremendous stress or strain.
