How To Treat Cramping In Upper Arm And Shoulder Blade?

for a week or so now my left upper arm has cramped and hurt so bad i can not sleep well, i also have pain in left shoulder blade up to the collar bone an little of neck below my ear, then today along with all that i had real sharp take your breath away pains in my chest but more to the right side of my breast and middle of chest , i can hardly take the pain and discomfort, what do you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern, certain conditions are there which is very obvious like muscular spasm, cervical spine disk disease, trigeminal neuralgia, and last could be hyperacidity with some emotional disturbances, all these need to be differentiated and managed accordingly, I would also advise to maintain right posture, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
