How To Treat Cuts On Clitoris Caused Due To Injury?

My two year old fell on her potty pretty hard after using it, she cried a little, I pulled up her pants and she went on her way. Later when she had to go potty again she made a big deal about it said it hurt do I check her out. As I pulled her up off the toilet, I noticed that her panties were stained. When I checked her out, it looks like a small scratch on her top of her clitoris. What can I do for her?? How does it heal? Is there a cream or something that keeps her from burning when she uses the restroom?

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, seems little cuty got abrasion during potty injury. Following are best guidelines to cure at earliest:
- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Local application of polymycin cream
- Make her wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears
- Avoid use of diapers (if applicable)
- Analgesic syrup in terms of ibuprofen with acetaminophen to give her soothing

Periodic watch over the healing, which usually takes a period of 3-5 days in superficial scratch and longer than that if more deeper. In case of persistent pain, burning, dysuria, difficulty in walking due to pain or fever; immediately concern her pediatrician.
