How To Treat Cyst In Cervix Opening Causing Constant Bleeding?

hi there, hope you can help. i have a cyst on ymcervix opening and ihave constant bleeding allthe time. what concerns me is the blood has complety changed colour toorange. ihave a 5 year coil in and wondered if it would be wise to have it removed because when i had my smear about 1 month ago she said my string had coiled up in my cervix opening.
