How To Treat Cyst Like Pimple On Labia Minora?

I have some sort of cyst on my labia minora. It has been there for over 2yrs, haven t been able to see a doctor. It doesn t hurt, its about the size of a tic tac and is full of white pus that I can see when I stretch the skin, it is about midway between my clitoris and my vaginal opening. It does itch sometimes and it is uncomfortable when I have sex. It first showed up when I was pregnant, it would drain and go away for a while then but it hasn t popped in over 2 yrs at this point, any advice would be great, I just want it gone.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Bartholini cyst.
I suggest using sitz baths.
Soaking in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own.
If the symptoms continue, you may need surgical drainage.
I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen in case of inflammation.
