How To Treat Cysts Or Bumps?

I have had two moles under my jaws, one on each side and since childhood I remember ripping one off with horrifying pain. Now they look like a huge blackhead or pime and have made them bleed with very horryfying pain and now I been having painful red bumps that become imflamed very bad on my face and spread easily I feel like running away from my face its been five months with this ongoing weird cysts or bumps looking things I have never had anything like this I always had good skin im 22 and not even my pregnancy 2yrs ago did me any damage whatsoever please i need help

It may be ulcer. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. A course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs would improve the condition.
