How To Treat Damaged Skin On The Big Toe Caused Due To An Injury?
My son stepped on a nail and puncture the skin on his big toe. He is 10 years old and he is up-to-date on his shots. I m wondering if I need to take him to the emergency room for a tetanus shot. The nail does not appear to be rusty and it went through his flip-flop first.
