How To Treat Dark Patches Around The Cheeks And Chin?

I m a 17year old.... I don t usually go out in the sun and I often stay indoors,yet I have these dark patches around my cheeks n chin ...so could I get a recommendation on a cream which I can use on a daily basis which also will clear out my skin and dark patches?

Apply kojic acid based cream like kojiglo cream or kojivit cream on the dark patches twice daily along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time.
Also take antioxidant capsule like capsule antoxid HC once daily for 2-3 months.
