How To Treat Degenerative C5/6 And C6/7wit Osteiohytes On Right C5/6?

I have car accident yesterday and I am in pain in the neck and lover back ct skan show I have degenerate c5/6 and c6/7 discs with osteiohytes and in particular right c5/6 foraminal stenosis and further right paracentral osteophyte extending inferiiorly, is so pain, which treatment is best, please can you tell me?
