How To Treat Depressed Thyroid Level While Having Gout And Heart Murmur Tendonitist In Left Ankle?
my blood pressure to was 90/70 pulse 81 I was recently diagnosed with gout I had my physical on jan. 15, 2014 they did blood work my uric acid levels are okay but I have low thyroid they want to check it again i 6 weeks but I called today to ask for a referral for a specialist because I look it up and have all the symptoms and having a heart attack is serious I have a heart murmur tendonitist in my left ankle (same ankle as my gout flare up also plantar faciatis in the same) I am 45 I have been controlling it by diet ( my gout) I am concerned about my thyroid.

Low thyroid function means subclinical hypothyroidism is frequently defined by abnormal thyroid function tests consisting of elevated serum ( THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE or TSH ) TSH level in the presence of normal T4 7 T3 concentrations and is trested with thyroid hormone replacement .
As in your case you didn't mention exact level of various hormones , so very difficult to estimate exact nature of illness ( thyroid related) .
As you mentioned that you are also regulating your gout with diet and uric acid level is maintained so that is a good thing .
As far as concerned about heart murmur ,consult a Cardiologist and take his opinion because at the age of 45 years , this is a serious matter and is a cause of concern.
Tendonitis and gout or arthritis may related to each other , so the best way is to consult an Orthopedic surgeon.
