How To Treat Depression, Chest Pain And Headache?

Hi, dunno wat is actually wrong, but I guess I m depressed... I always wake up with chest pain n heatache and the attack is every morning, I have done series of x-rays but I don t seem to have any problem wit my chest n heart. I was forced to marry someone I don t love and I m far away from home with no relatives around...I want you to suggest a tablet 4 me. Bcoz d pain ova here is killin me.....

You confirmed that you have all those tests. Still, I suggest you to take some more tests regarding your heart. If all those tests are also normal, the chest pain should be due to stress or anxiety which can be treated with the help of a psychologist or psychiatrist. Therefore, I suggest consulting a cardiologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
