How To Treat Depression?

hi , doctor i am suffering from depression since 5 year , now i am taking two tablets zenoxa od 450mg and lamitor dt 100mg but i am facing headache problems during changing atmosphere . what should i do . i have told many times my doctor but my doctor says it is symptoms of depression .

It could be due to depression. In that case, either you can try any pain killer or amitriptyline or propranalol. Amitriptyline or propranalol would help to decrease the frequency of headache. You can take after your psychiatrist consultation. In you can try relaxation exercise, that would keep to calm in changing atmosphere.
