How To Treat Developing Bone Spur On Left Side Of Head?

I have a bone spur on my scull on the left side of my head, I m 48 and it s been there since my early 20 s. It s gotten. But bigger over the years and very annoying, Id really like it removed but my doctor talks me out of each time we talk. Is it possible to safely remove it?

The issue is why it occurred which is usually work and bad posture. If the underlying conditions are not changed it will come right back.
