How To Treat Diabetes?
Iam T.k.Roy Iam digabatic,this diasease my hadedity,recently ihave testedmy sugar my fast sugar level is 86,and after food is134.no urine suger. but my urine colour is little yelloish, should i require medicine, if ihave to take medicine which is best medicine.

Hi,
No I don't think you will have to take any medication right now,
Because sugar levell are not elevated,if fasting is more than 125 and post meal above140 then only i start drugs to my patient,
If you have family history of diabeties,
You should modify your life style like
Having green leafy vegies,
Regular exercise,
Regular blood glucose checkup,
Avoiding fatty and junk food,
Hope this information helps.
