Hi,

Thanks for posting in HCM.

Your son's complaints of diarrhea, vomiting and pain in abdomen suggests that he has a mixed gastrointestinal infection.

He can take the following medications for it.
1. Tablet. Ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole combination - twice a day for 5 days after food.
2. Tablet. Pantoprazole with domperidone combination - once a day before food for 5 days.

Let him take plenty of fluids to keep himself hydrated. He can consume oral re-hydration solution (ORS) and tender coconut frequently. Let his diet be bland, easily digestible and soft for another 5 days.

His symptoms should come down in a couple of days time.
Wish him speedy recovery.
