Hi,

I feel you should get your stools examined, routine test as well as culture and sensitivity test, apart from special tests for food allergies and other digestive problems. This would help to ascertain the exact cause of diarrhea followed by specific management. An anxiety and tension (fear) factor also needs to be considered. Please consult a gastroenterologist for more specific and personal advice.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
