How To Treat Diarrhoea Without Medicine?

I feel nauseous all of sudden. Not sick. Had a bug a few days ago. Diarrhoea and nauseous today I was good and later in the day I got feeling again. Is there something I can take for this? I cannot take any ibuprofen as I had bleeding ulcer a few year s ago. I do not take any meds if possible.

can take norfloxacinwhichcan control all problem need not take ibuprofen since youhave got bleeding ulcer.
