Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have diffuse multinodular goiter. Your T3, T4 and TSH levels are normal. So you have non toxic goitre.

Treatment depends on size and symptoms.

If you have very large size goitre or pressure symptoms then surgery can be done to remove it.

Other wise medical treatment should be given. Radioactive iodine is the treatment of choice for non toxic diffuse multinodular goitre.

It reduce the volume and size of goitre and also help to reduce pressure symptoms.

Role of thyroxine to shrink the size of goitre is controversial. It has risk of sub clinical hyperthyroidism. And goitre start to grow again when you stop the thyroxine. So consult your doctor and plan accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
