How To Treat Discomfort And Blurriness In Vision After Getting Poked Accidentally?
I was poked in the eye by one of my children about an hour or two ago, and while the pain is down to mild discomfort and I can keep my eye open, the vision is that eye is very slightly blurry. I am thinking there is a small laceration on my cornea, and want to know if there is anything I can do to speed the healing or if I have to just wait it out.
Hello Welcome to health care magic. I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having that you are having blurred vision and ocular discomfort following poking injury. These symptoms indicate possible corneal abrasion. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and lubricating eye drops. Since cornea is involved this requires treatment under the supervision of ophthalmologist. Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
