How To Treat Discomfort In Perineum Area After TVT Procedure?

i had the tvt procedure done on jan 20 and although not on any pain meds, the bruising/discomfort on my right perineum area is still a problem. is this normal? i voided well post surgery and took only 2 t3s for pain management and resumed my walking routine today, but could this be a sign that something is amock, or is post surgery bruising a common side effect?
