How To Treat Discomfort While Sitting In A Person Suffering From Liver Failure?

I m a caregiver. My client is 79, weighs over 400 lbs. has liver failure and his scrotum is the size of a large cantaloupe. He can t sit in a chair unless it is hanging over the front putting him in a sliding position. Is there a cushion or device made that he can sit on and have the scrotum hang below the cushion, like a horseshoe shape? I am now in the process of finding a lift chair for him and will have to have some sort of device to ease his discomfort while sitting. Thank you

Hello and thank you for your question.
There is not a horse shoe shape that I know of but one thing you could do for him is to get one of the donut shaped cushions and cut our a section to make it donut shaped.
Good luck to you and thanks for taking care of him.
