How To Treat Disk Bulge At C3-C4 Another At C4-C5 ?

I have a disk bulge at C3-C4 another at C4-C5 with an anterior impression on the thecal sac. I also have a disk bulge at L4-L5 with anterior disk herniation with anterior impression on the thecal sac and, disk bulge, disk dissacation, and ostephytes at the level of L5-S1. There is a posterior disk herniation with anterior impression on the thecal sac and mild bilateral neurofaraminal stenosis. I'm in so much pain that it sometimes knocks me unconsious. What should I do?
