Hi,

Have you checked his blood pressure? If developed 4 days after vaccination, this is less likely related to the vaccine. Dizziness may suggest hypotension or dehydration.

Try taking plenty of fluids to correct any dehydration. Salted fluids like ORS/salted rice water will be better. Take in small sips to avoid vomiting.

Nausea/vomiting will respond to Domperidone tablet 10mg taken 2-3 times daily as needed. If no relief by these measures, we can evaluate further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
