How To Treat Dizziness And Numbness?

hi, i wake up at 3:15 am this morning and i went to the washroom to pee after i finish i felt dizziness and my all my top body have numbness and i went and sit down after one mint or one mint and half i start sweat quickly and after one mint every thing went OK

Hi,

Feeling dizziness and generalized numbness all over your body when in washroom early in the morning might be related to orthostatic hypotension, especially if you woke up rapidly or moved your head quickly. Hypotension might have caused fainting-like symptoms and associated with sweating.

I suggest to monitor your blood pressure/sugar levels, record the results for future reference.

I also advise to:
- increase water intake
- avoid quick movements (getting up or moving around quickly)
- have your meals regularly (do not skip)

If the episode will happen again, you should contact your doctor.
