How To Treat Dizziness At Back Of Head After Cerebro Cerebellar Atrophy?

Hello, my 73 yr old father had a MRI last week, we were told he has Cerebro Cerebellar Atrophy...affected areas R frontal lobe, L temp lobe, and L parietal lobe, we have been referred to a neurologist....what exactly can we expect...he did have a TIA approximately 3 mths, kept complaining with some dizziness and pressure at base of head...also has blood and fluid in left ear present
