How To Treat Dizziness?

Hi my name is don. I feel dizzy all the time and when i bend down I get hot flashes. I get startled very easy at many noises. I have fibromyalgai as i was diagnosed with it. Also when I bang myself or get hit with anything I get hurt vary easy. I don t know what the hack is the matter.
