How To Treat Dizziness, fatigue And Vomiting Due To Stress?
I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and I am dealing with a ton of stress on a personal level of course. It is causing migraine s,dizziness, fatigue, and vomiting. I have not gained any weight, and I feel that I am constantly over whelmed and unable to handle the situations which I have to deal with. It has become very difficult for me to keep my composure at work. I have asked my manager on multiple occasions for some time off because of the vomiting, but she continues to tell me unless I can find coverage that I have to come into work. Then she gets upset with me because I constantly have to leave my desk to get sick or just to step away so that patients and coworkers do not see me cry. I would really like appreciate some advice!
Hello, Going by your description, it appears as though you are suffering from the stress of pregnancy as well as personal stress. The best thing to do at this stage is to take some time off and go for counselling and some rest. If you can take some time off by finding some replacement, you can concentrate on your health. Please take adequate fluids, rest for 2 hours during the day and 8 hours during the night, preferably in the left lateral position. Get your blood pressure checked regularly. You may take antiemetics like Doxylamine. Hope this helps.
