How To Treat Double Vision, Dizziness And Swollen Eyes?

I have recently been experiencing some double vision, eyes feel like they are swelling and dizziness which, like the vision problems, seem to come and go. I have had an MRI, CAT scan, seen both a cardiologist and a neurologist, had blood tests and have taken Meclizine for the dizziness. I can t tolerate the reaction to the medicine. Can you give me your opinion as to what I should do next. The cardiologist has suggested an neuro opthamologist.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ideally such symptoms first need to be seen by ophthalmogist else come the next so better to see the eye surgeon ( You have not mentioned your age and gender else something would have been thought ) hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
