General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You should do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash and steam inhalation
I would advise my patients to take multivitamin and vitamin C supplements.

If it doesn't improve that I would advise you to get an X ray chest done and blood tests like CBC ESR and pulmonary function test.
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of doctor.

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
