How To Treat Dry Flaky Skin Around The Vagina?

hello, I have dry flaky skin on the outside around my vagina and on the outside of the lips. my doctor has given me an antibacterial and antifunal and diflucan to cure a yeast infection and they are unable to cure the dry skin issue. I am unsure what do to about it and it is very annoying and irritating.
