How To Treat Dryness Of Nasal Cavities?
The lining of my nasal cavities are very dry. I have a history of sinusitis but this time I have scabs in my nasal cavities and when I blow my nose often blood is mixed with scabs and colorless discharge. My throat hurts as in a dull pain. I have to cough to clear my throat and often get hoarse when teaching.My eyes and nasal cavities itch. I am using a steriod nasal spray nightly. Floconaise. Is this still sinusitis?

Are you using normal saline nasal sprays or saline douching or netti pot in addition to the steroid nasal sprays .?
As the steroid sprays alone when used for long , could cause dryness of the nasal skin and so the crusts formation and then when the crusts are removed then you have bleeding.
You need to take nasal wash so that the moistness is maintained. There are many nasal saline sprays available in the market.
