How To Treat Ear Injury?

my mother had an accident month ago, doctor told her there is no head injury as per sacn and her symptoms, but had some minor injury of ears which m not sure of dignosis, she had a bleeding from ear which they said hair line # stoneware around the ear. Right now she is receiving trioptal for ringing ear. I just want to know how it acts on this condition. Thank you

Have you got any Ct done for the temporal bones?
Any hearing loss?
Any facial deviation?
Any audiometry done ?
