How To Treat Echogenic Areas In Fundus Of 1.5x1.7cm?

Please type your query here...Hi , sir im 25 years old.i had a medical obortion on 16.06.2011 .after two days u/scan report shows few echogenic areas were seen in the fundus in the area of 1.5*1.7cm. After this scan im still have bleeding.tommarrow once again im going for scan.if the result is same how to remove these ecogenic areas in fundus.
