General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Give her a good bath using pears and glycerinne soap. Clean and dry the skin well. Check for possible allergen in her use like cosmetics (talcum powder, soap or oil used for massage). Stop the products used. Continue with steroid cream mixed with non-irritant ant non-fragrant skin cream. Use only little quantity and massage gently. In day time when it's hot weather, use Neosporin H powder on affected areas. In case of no results, she needs oral medications. Take her to a skin specialist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
