How To Treat Elevation In Blood Sugar Level?

I m a 3 yrs diabetic and am usually at 125 meter reading for the past 3/4 weeks I ve been at 320/350, because I want realily watching what I was eating and had not been exercising so it went up. I ve gotten back on track, how long should it take to get it back to 120 s?

Hello,

It may be due to diabetes mellitus.

For further assessment you may require fasting, postprandial, hba1c after diabetologist consultation.

You may require anti diabetic medication after consultation.

Do regular exercises.

Continue diabetic medication.
