How To Treat Epilepsy Permanently?

i"m Vijeesh vs 23yrs old . Sir i"m faceing a big problem in my life , that is i"m suffering form Epilepsy. my first Epilepsy attack is on 1996 , after that we consult a doctor and she prescribed some medicines and i continued for several years then with her advice i stopped , then suddenly i i had Epilepsy attack and fall into road . Then she restarted medicine on 2007. the medicines is 1.Dailantin cap nos per day 2.Topomac 50Mg 2 per day 3.Mysolin 250mg 2 per day .Now without her advice i decreased and stopped some medicine such as stopped Mysolin decreased Topomac 25mg one per day . Now i and some shivering i right had in some intervals . So sir is this symptom of Epilepsy , Can i escape from this Disease.
