I am Sushant Giri suffering from epilepsy since June 2007 and living on medicines since then. I am very curious to know whether I can get rid of medicines for the remaining years of my life. I am 29 now working with a BPO and living a very normal life. I practice meditation in a very routine way. Please advise.
Sometimes it takes months to a year to take medication. Moreover, some stress factors are there. If you can recognise and leave those factors, you will get healthy faster. Your diet should be fruits, vegetables and salads, eat more of this. Drink clean water, 7-8 glass. Sleep 7-8 hrs daily, less TV. Art of Living sahaj meditation is promising in epilepsy in some researches, you can do it. Take medication as prescribed.
