How To Treat Episodes Of Elevated Heart Rate, light Headed, chest Pressure And Breath Shortness?

Hello,
So the last few days I have been having brief episodes where my heart rate spikes, I get light headed, there is pressure in the center of my chest, and shortness of breath. It comes on suddenly and ends within a couple of minutes. The longest one I had was about ten minutes. I also have asthma though, so I am unsure if this is my asthma or my heart. I have experience tachycardia here and there in the past, but never enough to see the doctor. These episodes also occur when I am at rest most of the time.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be due to apprehensiveness, phobia, emotional stress, you have to keep these things very low, for to rule out the pathological etiology the cardiac evaluation is must, hope this information helps you have good day ( Your age and gender are missing here this was mandatory here )
