Based on the history you have shared, hormonal imbalance or psychological factors should be ruled at first after getting reviewed by a fertility expert and followed by supplements for vitamin E as well as micronutrients like selenium, calcium and magnesium may be helpful.
B complex and D 3 can also be helpful. Even using sildenafil etc may be helpful if cardiac and other contraindications are ruled out.
