Hello,,

You are suffering from erectile dysfunction. If you are suffering from diabetes, heart disease or any other ailment, it can be associated with erectile dysfunction. You are advised to get treated. Get clinically examined by a Urologist. Sometimes, psychological factors are responsible for ED in such cases, talk therapy may be helpful. Side effects of certain medications or shots may also cause the symptoms that you are experiencing. Avoid medications and shots that are not required.

Exercise, especially aerobic activity, can improve erectile dysfunction. If obese loose weight. Maintain healthy weight. Even less strenuous, regular exercise might reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction. Kegel exercises, pelvic floor muscle exercises. Pelvic floor activation exercise (standing and sitting) and other pilot exercises may help. Certain oral medications like Sildenafil (Viagra) and Tadalafil (Adcirca, Cialis) are helpful but should be taken in limits as it causes side effects. Change of lifestyle like quitting smoking and alcohol / addictions if any is helpful. Avoid excessive self pleasuring.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
