Your erectile dysfunction could be due to psychological issues or performance anxiety for the first time. The erectile dysfunction problem is very rare at such a young age.
However still you can investigate with serum testosterone estimation and get checked your sugar level and measure blood pressure.
You can practice more foreplay for getting a hard penis and than only try to insert it in vagina. You can Consult sexologist for counseling.
