How To Treat Erectile Dysfunction?

Im a parapalegic shot by a .45mm pistol wiping out my t11 vertebret i need to get my erectile disfuntion under control i can get a reflex erection but somtimes its just a lill too soft although very long still and she can grab it at the base with still about 6" to ride but i need it to be stiffer every time !

The only possible treatment in your case is putting a penile implant in the shaft of your penis. It has an inflating devise at the base and on running it you will get a full erection and can do normal sexual intercourse. The erection can be maintained till you release the pressure from the pump. Visit an Andrologist /Urologist and he can perform the implantation procedure.
