How To Treat Excess Fluid In The Uterus?

My sister was having low abdonimal pain and went to see her female doctor. They did a ultra sound and said it appears she has lots of fluid i her uterus. She had a baby roughly 8 months ago and is breast freeding. They can't tell if the spot in her uterus is a blood clot or cycsts. Any ideas to ease her nerves?
