How To Treat Excess Thick White Discharge ?

hi , im sixteen years old and i discharge a thick white and sometimes runny ALOT. it has this odor. Im a virgin. i've been to my doctor where she prescribed me an antibiotic , that i took for a week , it seemed to slow down a little but its back to normal. the discharge doesnt really bother me its the odor, please help me! please!
