How To Treat Excessive Sweating, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have been sweating a lot around 2-3 am, dizziness and blurry vision. Yesterday I was ready to swim and I felt my whole body is shaking I sat down for a while and I started to sweat a lot. I am 57 yrs old 5'2" 125 lbs and I exercise everyday for 2 hrs (alternate aerobic exercise, body pump lift weight and swimming).
Please advise ( YYYY@YYYY ).

Hi dear ,

As per your query you have sweating , dizziness and blurred vision . The symptoms you mention in query are indicating that the probable reason is excessive fatigue as you mention that you had very hectic schedule of exercise . I would suggest you to take proper rest , take day off , keep yourself hydrate by drinking atleast 8-9 glasses of water , take oral rehydration solution and take proper diet . If symptoms occur again then consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis and rule out causes like diabetes and generalize stress and anxiety . Doctor will take history and order tests like blood test to find out the sugar level .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
