Hello,

As per your case history you are probably suffering from bromhidrosis and hyperhidrosis. My treatment advice is:
• Avoid eating spicy food and have little low salt diet. It will help in decreasing perspiration.
• You need to undergo investigations like thyroid function test, blood sugar as it may be associated with thyroid dysfunction and diabetes mellitus.
• Antiperspirant lotion contain aluminum chloride can be used once at night for decreasing perspiration.

If condition persists then it is better to consult dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
