How To Treat Extreme Fatigue And Heart Burn After Undergoing Abortion?

Hello I had a abortion a week and half ago by tablet form ( 1 tablet on the first day and 4 on the second) I lost a few large clots and bled for 8 days. I have started feeling very sick today and a lot of heart burn. Is this normal? Also I was 6 weeks when I had the tablets. X

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you decided to abort. That baby was innocent and most probably you might have heard his tiny heart beating at 6 weeks.

Anyway, that was your decision.

It is normal to feel sick after large clots bleeding for 8 days. You might have developed anemia. If I was your caring doctor would advise to run a complete blood count to evaluate the severity of anemia.

Anti-anemic supplementation are advised containing iron and folic acid.

All the best!
