How To Treat Fatigue And Breathless At Last Stage Of Ivf?

Hi, I'm in the last stage of ivf (et yesterday) I don't feel very well. I'm out of breath very easy, even loading the washing machine is making me breathless and my arms feel heavy wand weak. I'm currently taking progesterone suppositories.
