How To Treat Fatigue?

I have been taking Cefrozil for about seven days now. I am concerned that I am so tired all the time. Just feel like I am out there in space. I am 85 yearsold and am taking 250 mg twice daily. Also my balance/equiliberum is bad. Am wondering if I should continue on this dose?
